Lock threads with no posts in a year
A thread that hasn't had anything posted in it in a year is dead and almost never should be resurrected.
I've seen, often brand new warriors, posts "my site is down" revived in cases where the op has posted "solved thanks for your help" and hasn't even posted anything anywhere on the forum in 8 or 9 months and somebody joined a week earlier resurrects the thread and offers some nonsense solution.
I would think it should be less than a year, but something reasonable should be implemented.
Here's one where someone dug up a 2 year old thread to advocate pirating themes
