Need suggestion for career in Internet marketing

I am new to Warrior forum, although I have been seeing this forum in search results often but I never joined warrior forum till yet.
The purpose of joining this forum is, I need few suggestions regarding my career in the Internet marketing.
I have been in this business for around 2 years but not earned that much income to leave my 9 to 5 job ever. Now, I am more serious towards this Internet marketing thing and I need few suggestions.
I have made a blog about tuts of different things (social media, blogger, wordpress, mobiles etc.) and wrote around 60 articles in period of 6 months for about 2 years ago. I applied for adsense once and Google refused my blog. I got disappointed and left the blog writing. I then tried writing content for local magazines and blogs but they were paying very little compared to the online rates of content writing. I moved to SEO and marketing though freelancer and Elance. Here I made good income but not the steady income.
Now I want to make a living out of Internet marketing, can any of you please give a suggestion what should I do to make a living through this field. I am ready to do very hard work I have made up my mind but I need immediate resultst in 6 months time.
