I need help cancelling my subscription

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong thread but I dont know where/how else to contact warrior forum about this?

When i click on help desk it takes me to freelancer helpdesk, I live chatted with someone there but they redirected me back to warrior forum. They sent a support ticket email but I replied and it only showed me how to change my subsription settings via paypal, but my warrior forum account still shows paid subscription to the war room. Also, i could not log in to view my ticket number under the help desk.

I had signed up for the warrior forum war room 7 day free trial and totday is day 6, I need to cancel before I am charged. I do not authorize payment, but when I click on the cancel button it does nothing the the subscription still shows in my paid subscriptions screen.

I do not want to be charged and the 7 days are almost up. How can I cancel this?

    If you paid through PayPal, you should be able to cancel the payment there. Look under Transactions for a subscription or Recurring Payment.

    Or if you can't find it, ring PayPal and they can talk you through it. It's easy to do IF you find the right page.
