That's a fair question. You see, I had the opportunity to work for one of the top Yellow page directories in my area. It was a job requirement of ours not only to maintain a certain level of sales quota (as is true at most sales jobs) we were also required to bring in a certain number of new clients who never advertised with us before.

Let me tell you how important this aspect was. Even if you were doing phenomenal with your sales quotas. I'm talking you could be killing it with your sales quotas. If you did not fulfill your obligation to bring the required amount of new advertisers, you could be fired.

Now getting back to what makes me an expert at this. Thankfully, I was pretty well liked. I was always polite, charming, and witty with my co-workers. Attributes that are always appreciated in any work environment.

IMO would be better "Here's how to find Red Hot Offline Prospects That Are Itching to Stuff Checks Into Your Pockets"

Divide the rest of it up into chunks - paragraphs. So that it's easier to read. Put white space between the paras. Use bullet points for some sections that you want to emphasise. Put some Sub-Heads in Red. Put one of the Belcher Buttons half way down. Center it. Do the quotes like this -
