Need marketing/sales content written

I have a small outsourcing software development company.
We specialize in Mobile apps development, eCommerce web sites and internet apps.
I want to create a sales/marketing appeal that I will send to my Linkedin and Facebook contacts as a 1 to 1 private message.
I have written something which describes my services and benefits but I know it is not written well.
I need to take it to a whole different level.
My text is bellow. Can you suggest someone (or yourself) that can take it to a totally different level?

A year ago I started QBWare.com, a software development company that develops software for a third to half the local prices.
We specialize in several areas:
• iPhone and Android application development, including server side.
• Magento and WordPress eCommerce websites and internet shops.
• Windows desktop applications.
We use Java, Objective C, PHP, JS, C# C and C++.
I personally supervise all the projects, our clients communicate only with me and I develop the software with my team of 6 excellent programmers I have hired in Bangladesh which enables us to lower the development costs between half a third of the local prices. Thanks to my 18 years as R&D manager and Product manager (of which the last 6 years in outsourcing management) the quality of the software and the product is very high.
I accompany our customers from the idea conception, through technology selection, the development itself all the way to launching the product to market and continues support afterwards.
I will be grateful if you would connect me with entrepreneurs looking to develop applications, SMB owners looking to build eCommerce websites, or businesses requiring business software development or extension.
Some sample prices: A WhatsApp clone on Android - $4,000 (native app only).
WhatsApp clone on Android, iPhone and server side $10,000.

You have a budget it in mind ? Also you should have a e-mail to contact you since you have only one post your PM box is restricted.

I don't have a budget in mind yet, I am trying to figure out how much a good result should cost.

Nobody will do a job for you with a guarantee of a result.
You need a copywriter if you need a good converting letter.
