How is everybody doing?

I needed some suggestions if you guys could help! I am looking for somebody to take care of all the work I need out sourced! I am looking for preferably one guy but might not be possible so I know ill have to work with a couple people

Work on website for credibility purposes.

Build social media pages
- Twitter
- Facebook
- Youtube

Buying 4 domains related to the landing pages
- Hostmonster.com (Related names to the niches)

Create 4 landing pages – Selling – Buying – Investing – Renting
- Need a one page clean and simple offering a free evaluation or whatever it is relating to the niche grabbing their personal information. (Name, email, phone number)

Create free info packages (Has to offer VALUE)
- Create Ebook, video or whatever it is that has value regarding to the niche for example for selling offer an up to date eBook that has information on how to properly sell and market your house for the maximum price.
- Outsource all the graphics check PLRs for cheap and combine them.

Download / Thank You Page
- After they sign up in your squeeze page they get sent to a thank you page, offering them a free 30 minute strategy call.

- Blog (SEO)
- Videos
- PowerPoints
- Articles
- Press Releases
- Backlinks
- Guest Posting
- Live Webinars
- 80/20 Method post on all websites using backlinks.

Also Add bonuses and incentives for people to enter their personal information into the squeeze page sometimes a small video is good we can test the conversion rates with a video and a normal squeeze page.

Some quick tasks I had, just rather time consuming.. So what would you recommend ?
