I'm new to this forum, and this is my first post. I discovered WF via Reddit.

I'm a founder of a startup on a mission to help ecommerce companies retain their customers with minimal effort.

At this stage, I want to talk to as many ecommerce owners as possible to understand their challenges. I'm not trying to sell anything.

All I need is 20 minutes via Skype to ask a few questions. In exchange, we can talk about the future of customer retention, marketing automation, etc...

• You must be a B2C ecommerce owner or involved in an ecommerce company
• You must have at least 3 years of experience in ecommerce
• Your company must generate more than 500 orders a month
