[Closed] Hiring a Blogging and Social Media Expert

My client is looking to hire a person to do social media and blogging:

We're a small but established Internet Business specializing in the areas of Niche Research and Traffic Optimization. We're starting a new online presence (social media and blog) to grow our loyal audience, and we're looking for a friendly, smart and experienced person to help us with our social networking.

Your job will be to manage our social media presence (e.g. post on Facebook, manage groups), write blog posts and manage comments on the blog, tie both blog and social media in with our ongoing activities like product promotions etc. You'll have to research the necessary information, and be in constant contact with us about the topics and the feedback that we get.

Essential Qualifications:
• Social media experience – you've successfully created and managed enthusiastic audiences on social media and on blogs
• Native English or comparable English skills
• Great communication and writing skills
• Friendly and open personality
• Reliable and able to work daily
• Ability to work each day Mon to Fri
• You're reliable. If you can't be around for whatever reason, you let us know as soon as you can so that we can plan. If you can't handle all the work we gave you, you let us know asap so that we can assign it to somebody else. And we can trust you to handle tickets with the goal to make the customers go "wow" about our business.
• You got a brain and are willing to use it. ;-) Seriously, though, common sense, pro-activeness and active thinking are required. If you just want an easy job where you follow detailed instructions, please don't apply
• Ability to communicate with us in our time zone (we're on UK/European time)

Work Environment:
• We're a small team of mostly part-time staff, located in different countries
• You will work from the luxury of your own home
• Regular communication with us via Skype (text and voice) and email
• Flexibility (we know life happens sometimes, and as long as you communicate that clearly, we're doing our best to be flexible. On the other hand, we expect you to do your best to be flexible when we have peak times)
• You'll be paid via a weekly Paypal mass payment. And we need an invoice (e.g. as PDF file) from you to process the payment.
