We currently have google analytics set up for Real estate mentoring and coaching with Peter Vekselman . Need someone with extensive experience in google analytics to interpret them. Need to understand where our paid and SEO traffic is coming from. To make recommendations where we should be putting our money into for key words and phrases. Also, would like for recommendations to be made about key words and phrases that we may not be using or actively going after that we should consider. Experience and good references are a must. |

Peter, If you have GA set up properly, this should be relatively straightforward. Sounds like you said you're running Adwords; if so, would suggest attribution tracking code for AW that needs to additionally be added to your site to track kws, conversions, etc. Pretty straightforward. Google calls it: "Cost source from Adwords for user XXX-XXX" and that lives in your Analytics settings. Additionally, since your site looks like a lead capture on the front end, I'd definitely be setting up some Goal Funnels, so you can get a picture on conversions, and/or where people might bail in your process. What's cool about goals, it is doesn't have to necessarily be "opt-in". Google allows you to define, including: URL Destination, Time Spent on Your Site; Pages per Visit, etc. On the KW maximization stuff, definitely paid SpyFu and Samurai can help you generate large, targeted kw list for bidding/optimizing. As for the SEO side, there's a slew there that GA should be showing you now also that can help you set / re-set strategy. Nice looking site, --Max |

Hi Peter, I agree with Max, you need some way of figuring out how far down your page people are reading, and / or where you lose them. You also need to know which of your keywords are worth paying for if you're doing PPC, and whether you need to consider keyword-specific landing pages. I'd be happy to talk further if you'd like - I've been reviewing analytics for 15 years, and audited over 5,000 websites in that time (and almost all of them were leaving money on the table somewhere!) Peter, You can always try Bryan or Jeffrey Eisenberg - I was in a class with both of them today and learned how to do exactly what you are asking. I'm a rank amatuer, so I'm not volunteering for the job, but instead can tell you that if you type your web site URL into the free SpyFu, you'll probably learn a bit about your business. Take care, capaloha |
