Need of an Expert in their craft

Hello,

I'm in need of the following on a budget. I can install the theme myself if need be to save money.

I just need someone to tweak a wordpress theme I'm going to purchase. The theme is simple but I don't like the color. I want the site to look somewhat like this The Strait Path to Real Estate Wealth by Kris Krohn which is very close to the theme, except for the change of color. The theme comes from here http://templatic.com/cms-themes/ebook

What I need is:
Change of color of theme with bright colors
Ebook cover with bright colors
Aweber installed to direct to download of my ebook that i'm creating
Buy Now Button
Upload sample of ebook to site which will be listed under sample
Header
Nice ebay ad to download copy of another ebook that leads to my site.

Site to be seo optimized
Shopping cart installed which I will purchase at wp-estore
Documentation on how to make changes with theme if I need to in the future
I can figure out how to do all this myself because I'm pretty tech savvy but I need someone that knows what they're doing and get it done as quickly as possible. Also I need someone that knows what they're doing and can suggest some ideas. Really I need an expert. When you answer please include some of the websites you've done in the past. Thanks
