Let me go ahead and address this right away since it's probably on the mind: Why a female? My network has a very diverse group of affiliate managers. We've got two guys in the US who deal with the majority of affiliates, one in Sweden who handles our European affiliates, and another in Asia. All four of my current affiliate managers are male and I need a fifth. Just to connect with another demographic, it'd be ideal if we brought a knowledgeable and dedicated female on board. Past the initial application process, gender won't even play a factor or even be considered. I just like having that diversity. The network in discussion here should be obvious in my signature. We're a relatively new network but we've grown at an alarming rate. We need someone to telecommute and be around 4-6 hours per day. This is a performance-based, commissioned position. No salary. No base. You are paid a flat commission rate of the network profit. In my opinion, this makes the task of affiliate management a more passionate and competitive one. When you are motivated by the performance of your affiliates, the entire network wins. The requirements and expectations are as follows:
