Hiring a FEMALE Affiliate Manager
Share on:

Let me go ahead and address this right away since it's probably on the mind: Why a female?

My network has a very diverse group of affiliate managers. We've got two guys in the US who deal with the majority of affiliates, one in Sweden who handles our European affiliates, and another in Asia. All four of my current affiliate managers are male and I need a fifth. Just to connect with another demographic, it'd be ideal if we brought a knowledgeable and dedicated female on board. Past the initial application process, gender won't even play a factor or even be considered. I just like having that diversity.

The network in discussion here should be obvious in my signature. We're a relatively new network but we've grown at an alarming rate. We need someone to telecommute and be around 4-6 hours per day. This is a performance-based, commissioned position. No salary. No base. You are paid a flat commission rate of the network profit. In my opinion, this makes the task of affiliate management a more passionate and competitive one. When you are motivated by the performance of your affiliates, the entire network wins.

The requirements and expectations are as follows:
  • You need to be available by email, IM, or phone (preferably the first two) at least 4-6 hours per day in support of your affiliates. In complete and total honesty, only 5% of your total number of affiliates are going to come to you for help. However, it will be your duty to reach out and assist them at times.
  • You will need to have a general knowledge of internet and affiliate-based marketing.
  • You will need to be able to work with our team of other AMs.
  • You will need to be located in either the US or Canada.
  • You will need to study, study, study a document that lays out the basics of our network and you'll need to completely understand how to make effective use of the HasOffers platform.

If this is something you're interested in, drop a reply and I'll PM you so that we can discuss this further.
