Wordpress - Need someone to update and enhance an existing plugin

Hey Warriors,

I have a plugin that was developed by another programmer who hasn't been responsive to my request to update the plugin.

Currently, the plugin allows Wordpress users to display content based on time parameters (ie. show content on Mondays from 6-9pm EST, show content everyday between 9am-6pm PST, etc) that apply to all visitors who visit the site between the time periods set within the plugin admin panel.

I want the plugin to be updated to include the ability to display content on a per visitor basis.

On Day 0 when visitor A comes to the site, they see Content 0
On Day 1 when visitor A comes back to the site (could be weeks later), they see Content 1
On Day 2 when visitor A returns again, they see Content 2

If you've programmed Wordpress plugins before and think you can get the job done, I'd love to hear from you.

I'll send you the plugin in its current state so you can have a look at it and give me a quote outlining the price you'd charge to add the upgrades and the amount of time you'll need to get it done.
