Expert wordpress programmer needed

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can do the following:

1. Take a current page design and content and port it over to wordpress as a template. This template will be such that the admin is able to add a couple of new logos and graphics to it and generate a new page with the same content each time

2. Each newly generated page will have the same content, only the logos will change each time

3. The admin should be able to add / modify content on all generated pages easily. If there is a way to mass update content across all pages, that would be great. Otherwise of course adding content to each generated page should be do-able via wordpress

That's basically it
