Full Time Affiliate Marketer/Manager Wanted (Bay Area California)

Live Out Loud is an industry leading wealth building and education company and we are looking for a superstar to join our team. We want an experienced, energetic Affiliate Marketer to lead our current affiliate marketing efforts and help us take our affiliate program to the next level. Candidate should have significant applicable experience in leading a substantial affiliate marketing program. This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Novato (California Bay Area) office location (in office position only, not off site or contract work.) Compensation will include a base salary in the $45k to $55k a year plus bonus incentives based on the tangible sales results of our affiliate partners. Responsibilities:

Manage our existing accounts by working with our Affiliate partners offering ideas and methods of increasing revenue through our unique marketing programs
Recruit new Affiliate partners
Research and work with Affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
Consult frequently with Affiliate partners on an on-going basis to increase sales
Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for Affiliate partners
Monitor affiliate activity
Analyze and improve existing affiliate program through knowledge of company's products, services, industry, and interfaces

Suitable candidates will need the following:

2-5 years online affiliate marketing experience required with a focus on developing and leading an affiliate program
Strong interpersonal and developed verbal/written communication skills, strong phone skills a must
Knowledge of internet-based marketing initiatives and social media
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Mail)
Results driven and enthusiastic with ability to multi-task and succeed in fast paced, dynamic environment
Capable of working in a team environment while being highly self-managed
Able to make suggestions on how we can improve our practices
