ISO Consultant to Help Build Holiday Gift Sites

Hello - I want to build a series of holiday gift sites that can crank a few months out of the year -- am looking for someone to assist in strategy and best practices approach.

Do you go for top keywords for various items and rank now for when the volume hits in season, then maybe cross reference by the actual gift items, or whatever.

Not a newbie, not super advanced either. I use Word Press Direct and get SEO and backlinking and all that and do make money online now (looking to vastly increases this!).
