EMAL Marketing

Dear Warriors,
I run an online business and I am looking for an EXPERIENCED, part time Social Media Marketer/Consultant to work with me, 20 hours a week. This is a new business in which you will be joining at the beginning with HUGE plans for the future of this business.

The possibility of full time, 35 to 40 hours a week will most likely be there in the future if things work out well between us.

You must work for yourself, not for another company who then sells your time to me.
Individual Social Media Marketers/Consultants only will be hired. There will be no exceptions here, so big hiring companies, don't place bids here.

REQUIREMENTS
• 1 year of experience working as a Social Media Marketer/Consultant. Preferably you would have worked as a SMM in an offline company as well and know how to deal with any requests that come your way.
• You must have written references from previous employee's and good feedback.
• Your English must be fluent. No exceptions here. You must speak English like a native speaker.
• You must be available during these times, Monday to Friday (08.00 – 23.00 GMT)
• You must have clerical experience. Creating powerpoint presentations, working with EXCEL files, dealing with financial information and being good with numbers.
• Transcription experience is a major advantage.
• Having worked for an online business before is a major advantage. Please make me aware of the work you have done previously.
• You must be able to use the Internet to research to a HIGH DEGREE. Advanced knowledge of the Internet is required.
• Your writing skills must be perfect. Every day you must report to me what you have done and you will be liaising with customers and freelancers who work with me.
• You will be required to use Skype to talk with me and other people in my business.
• You must have impeccable time management skills. Your main job will be keeping me on my schedule.
• You must be trustworthy and reliable. Delays in getting tasks done, going days without hearing from you will result in instant dismissal
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is highly desirable.

Basically what I am after is an experienced SMM; someone who does this for a living and has done so for a long period of time.

Right now, I am looking for someone to work 20 hours a week with me.

Also, list out all relevant education and past experiences that you may have.
