Job Description:
Hi guys,

I need to hire somebody who can do something that I simply don't have the time to do myself - and that is to take my existing website and port it over to OptimizePress (OP).

• Current theme is THESIS, and I want to switch to OptimizePress because it works, it has the features I need out of the box, and I'm tired of paying for all kinds of customizations that are already included with OP.
• My current site design looks a lot like TruthAboutAbs.com (we used Thesis to model that site's design). I will provide my actual URL to applicants I want to consider for the job.
• I realize OP may look a bit different "out of the box", but I'm OK with that. The menu can be different. The left-side "blue bar" might not exist (unless you can add a custom template). The only real requirement is that the new OP-based layout look ultra-clean and professional.
• I want to minimize any custom-coding of the OP theme. I'd rather you use built-in capabilities of the theme as much as possible. I want you to take my existing pages and assign the right templates, and adjust the color schemes of the theme to suite my niche, etc.

IMPLEMENTATION:

• I have a test subdomain already setup at test.mydomain.com. I will install OP on that site and then you can cut & paste my current wordpress pages into OP. You can then play with the formatting and colors as required.
• When we're ready, I can simply cut and paste the changes back to my live site after switching the theme to OP.
• I might need a new header design to fit well within OP. I will supply it if needed, or you can supply it if you are a designer

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You have an eye for clean design.
• You aren't trying to mirror my existing site - you're trying to make it look better using the existing tools that OP offers.
• You are experienced with OP. You don't need to be a graphics person, but if you see ways to improve my site that involve graphics I'm all ears.

I think I'm the perfect guy for the job and I'm online about 9-10 hours a day during the week and 4-6 on the weekend (Depending on deadlines). I'd personally rather price my work at a fixed cost.

why not put an optin box on your Done for You membership landing page until you launch. Might be able to build a small list of potential leads.
