NEED PROFITS THEME-EXPERT For membership Site

I have Profits Theme-(by Mulia)-(which Warriors say can be used for member functions]
What I need--
I want an optional membership aspect to my site-(a MEMBERS MENE leade to the Profits Theme)
I have a Site Builder Software .You will integrate this into the User panel of member area so that local biz owners MAY create their sites themselves if they are members-
You will also integrate
(1) QUICK QR creator (PLR)--They can create their own QRs-

(2) INTEGRATE-
extra graphics from (1) INSTANT GURU KITS

(3) Integrate
My Hostgator Dedicated Hosting (I can host them for a small fee) or They can use My HOSTGATOR coupons / Affil Links
(4) I can promote them for SEO--(for a small monthly fee) OR--they can link to my SEO bulk Traffic Sales Page
5) Integrate my free SEO_PANEL for site url submission
Im sure you know this MODEL--Im open to your ideas as Im a newbie to this .
