Need help improvining my website and google places ranking.

I have a heating and air conditioning business in Bountiful Utah. Currently when I google "furnace repair bountiful utah" I come up third down in google places which is OK but what I would really like to do is find someone that has ideas on how to get my google places and or website to come up on the first page when other cites near me are googled for heating and air conditioning needs. My business is near Salt Lake and there are dozens of cities in the area I would like to have a strong online presence in.
The company that designed my website are the only people that can change the content at the moment.

What you need to figure out is what the other heating cooling companies that are on the top page are using as their keywords. Your google local page is based on the keyword that your website is trying to rank for, so you need to understand the competition and monthly seaches for your keyword. How many hits a month do you get from "furnace repair bountiful utah"? In your title tag I don't see any keywords outside of the name of your company, that is where I would start if I were you - find a good keyword with low competition.
