If you are seeking a full-time position as a virtual assistant, and you have a good working knowledge of HTML/CSS and setting up minisites and working with placement of graphical elements into a sales page, please read the requirements below very carefully.

I am seeking an individual to work with on a full-time basis. Please read the qualifications below carefully before you decide to respond:

Qualifications:

- Must be very familiar with the concept of minisites, as in direct response websites.
- Must be proficient with HTML, XHTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Must have good experience with placement of graphic elements into a minisite, for updating and changes.
- Must be well experienced with setting up of wordpress, plugins and themes setups.
- Must have good experience with the most common plugins for wordpress, like All-in-One-Seo, Privacy policy plugin, etc.. and able to take on a new plugin and learn how it works to implement on the site.
- Must know how to work with paypal and integrate minisite order buttons with paypal simple integration system.
- Must know how to integrate videos into a salesletter, the videos will be provided - you can suggest which player to use, but will be working mostly with the most popular ones.
- ABOVE ALL - Must have a good eye for setting up a final salesletter with good catchy graphic elements (you will be provided) to spin out a more spiced up minisite.


Description of Work Required:

# You will be asked to take a given minisite, and update it's content with new graphical elements. This will include:

- Adding a new headline image in place of regular text, use new testimonial boxes, add better and nicer guarantee boxes,
- Add new order buttons, embed videos into the sales letter, insert audio files using software you will be provided etc...
- Change the font of different sections of the sales letter based on css setting or a master file for each site.

# You will be asked to create from scratch or update existing CSS files. There is no requirement that all the above be done through CSS, but if you can, that's a great plus and you need to hit send me a pm button now!

# You maybe given an empty HTML template and pre-written text salescopy, and be asked to create a nice looking sales letter presentation out of it - based on example sites you can use to model or learn from.

# You will be required to setup Wordpress sites, with basic common plugins and themes you will be provided.

# You will be required to update, plugins or reinstall new themes on the same blogs or different ones which I already own.

# You will be required to replace header images and background images, and update and do the same with wordpress based on the current theme settings in use.


What Is NOT Required:

- You do not have to create any graphics, you don't need to be a graphic designer
- You will not be asked to create any video or audio clips - just placing them into the salesletter and minisite template
- You will not be asked to write any salescopy, just formatting a given copy and/or modifying the current copy with newer graphic elements to spice up the final design.


Additional Plus+ Qualifications

- If you know how to create graphics or are a graphic designer, it's a great plus!!
- If you can create a complete minisite from scratch based on model sites and graphic elements I will provide you, it's a great plus!
- If you know how to setup top-to-bottom kick-but minisite with unique graphic elements is a great plus!

What is required here is intermediate-advanced webmaster skills, with an eye for good placement of graphic elements to setup a final complete catchy minisite(s).

** You will be provided with master file containing all graphic elements we will be using for each site **

Starting Salary: $500/month - paid weekly through paypal.
Salary bonuses: $250-$1000 every two month, based on performance, productivity and quality of work.

Did you mean the salary is too low?

This job particularly will require the candidate to put in some working hours every week. The intention is to setup a base salary to start with and every two month the pay could reach an additional $1000. I am not sure how much VAs are paid on the warrior forum, but I don't believe $1000 every month is low to start off with.

Maybe you will clarify it more to me.
