Hey there, If you're an individual that's dedicated to customer support and looking to get involved in a very successful online business, then we want to hear from you! We're looking for EXPERIENCED warrior's with the following skills: - pays attention to detail - caring - excellent customer service skills - a real peoples type of person ...and last but not least has knowledge in the IM Space! Your role will include ongoing customer support through tickets, email and general administrative tasks. Ideally you will also have previous experience working within a support role and familiar with the ZenDesk support system. We need someone to work 2 hours per day, 7 days a week - One hour in the beginning of the day, one hour at the end of the day, although we can be a little flexible with the times. NOTE: our main focus is customer satisfaction and retention, we want someone that is focused 100% on both of these. Plus, as long as everyone gets a response/resolution within 24 hours, I'm happy! On another note we are about to relaunch a NEW product so (roughly 21 days from now) we're going to be needing more hours, which we will of course pay you for. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work from home and become part of a very successful virtual team, however we only want to work with the best. Experience in handling customers via email and chat for Demon Internet, BT, SBC global, AT&T ( for USA ).
