Need forced Like script

With the new Fan Page Timelines, the Destination Tab option is no longer available to request the 'Like' before the user sees your page Wall(now, Timeline).

I need a script that requires a user on a website to click your fan page 'Like' button before they can press the Submit button. Maybe the Submit button is grayed out until they click Like or maybe the Submit button only appears on the web site after they click Like.

It must work for the Like button used to Like a Fan Page, not a Like button used to Like a web page.
