|  Need A Particular Style Banner Ad

Hey everyone! I need a particular banner designed...it will be animated. White back ground...with black outlined overweight figures Male and Female walking toward the viewer. As they get closer, their bodies will morph into a body more muscular. At the bottom will be a website address. Can anyone help? cost?
