Rewrite of My Ebook

I furnished links and info to a writer from here on the forum that wrote me a 10,000 plus word ebook. I am taking bids to do a rewrite.
I will need the book rewritten from one that can write with passion. The book is in a health related niche that involves things from heart surgery to dental.
I will need the book to be written in more of an organized manner as well as have a table of contents.
If interested please PM me and I will answer any questions you may have to give your quote. I would also like to see samples of your work and time needed to complete the job. I do prefer a fluent English writer as this book will be marketed to English speaking market.
