Required - G adwords ppc experts for a restricted niche

The title of the thread says it all. I need someone who can get the ads approved and running in G adwords ppc for a particular niche restricted by G. This niche is NOT porn related. I have a large budget for ppc, just looking for someone who can get these ads approved. I've seen several ads above the search results in this niche so obviously there are people who know how to exploit those loopholes...

your ad copy
your url
url of competitors ads
their ad copy (try and do a screen shot next time you see one of their ads display)
any other information you think might be relative
