Project Description:

We are a US based firm targeting a specific industry. We provide a variety of marketing solutions to this industry.

We require a website developer proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP immediately.

The winner will be tried on a project by project basis for 30 days.
Please read the following carefully, as your bid WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE ACCEPTED if you don't.

1. Please fully read and understand this document. They are minimum expectations. If you bid, you agree.
2. You MUST provide the following code in your bid, not a PM for immediate visual that you have read this, and not copied and pasted standard text.

3. You must be available for Skype 5 days a week for at least a 2 hour period every business day, during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
4. You must have at least 3 years development experience and a strong portfolio to support your skills. You must be up to date on all website coding, including proficient knowledge of WordPress. All website must be completed in WordPress.
5. You must be able to accept 50% deposit and 50% on completion for payment. You will also be expected to upload work in progress to our server for our clients to review.
6. Most importantly, you MUST have intuition for quality work. I will not be basing our decision entirely on price, but we cannot spend a lot of time on each site. We have a developer who has access to our images and we only have to give instruction ONCE.
7. Your bid will reflect an average website. Below are some sites we've done, but we expect better quality. We're not happy with this quality. Please look at some of the projects we have completed for our clients to ensure that you can produce similar results. Also, please provide an estimate of the total hours it would take you to complete a website like one of these and how much you would charge for the completion of the project.

About me, I'm a highly experienced wordpress developer with excellent knowledge in PHP/CSS/HTML. I'll provide you references (here on Warrior forum as well as on other freelance websites).
I am ready to work 4 hours per day.
I've seen the sample websites and they all need face lift.
Though, its very difficult for me to say in average, but I can be specific.

I would be charging $350 for the naparex.com » Just another WordPress site site this will include logo, psd template design and WordPress conversion.
Please note one can't give you fix price for development work, though I have fixed price for design work you can check.
I am working with several US companies and individual and can provide reference.
I will be charging no upfront payment for project less then $50 and once we have good business relationship then I would prefer post payment as this something which keep me working efficiently to be honest...
