After we finish servicing them, they often need to keep freelancers on RETAINER as part of their permanent staff for ongoing support. We are looking for expert freelancers that we can refer our clients to.


GETTING MORE MANPOWER – We’ll hook you up with staff and help you train them so you can service and profit from much more clients than you could have done alone.

We understand that as a freelancer one of the hardest things to do is to get “help”. You find it difficult to train another freelancer as they could potentially be your competition. But this is not a problem with us as we have a business model that allows you to train others on only VERY specific parts of the service delivery so that you can get HELP without risking training the competition.

Successful candidates will also get help scaling their operation and turn it into a real business with employees who do most of the grunt-work while they manage the big-picture decisions.


REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBLITIES:

- We are looking for freelancers who already are interested in running a services business.

- Successful Candidates will already have some experience in an area of skill our clients need.

- Although we review and renew entrepreneurial Intern contracts every 90 days, the training program is for life. You must commit to that at the outset.

- There are THREE stages of Internship. The first lasts at least 12 months and is the most gruelling and the least rewarding. The last stage is the most independent, longest lasting, and most lucrative (7, 8, 9-figure $$rewarding$$!)

- You DON'T have a right to earn when you begin. You will not receive ONE cent in compensation from us. What you get from us is just training and supervision if, and only if, you live up to your end of the deal. In later stages of internship, we will give you staff, refer you plenty of business, and give you all the tools, skills, and manpower needed to operate a LARGE corporation.

- You start at the VERY BOTTOM. Even though you’ll be handed down work from me, we won’t even speak except in the following two situations: 1) you’re being interviewed for the Intern program or b) you’ve been promoted. Only people who graduate the first stage of internship (minimum 12 months from first signing) will ever make direct contact with me. Until then, you'll be trained and supervised by your assigned Officer as I see fit.

- After your 12 month Internship has been completed, and if you are promoted to the next level, you will NOT run any parallel online business, promote any affiliate programs, info products, systems, MLMs, or personal website or product. On entry into Phase 2 of the program, you must divorce forever all other online business ideas and interests and show up every day with NOTHING on your mind but your assignments.

- If you’re fired or walk away, or change your mind after being accepted, your relationship with YaghiLabs ends. You’ll be cut off from the team, removed from our virtual office, manually deleted from our mailing list, and nobody will ever be allowed to speak to you again. You will yield anything that belongs to YaghiLabs and will not be allowed to use any training, intellectual property, memberships, tools, staff, passwords, or accounts you obtained while on the team. Failure to comply will be met with brutal legal action! We’ll sick Mike Young Internet Attorney on your ass.

I have serious concerns about what you have posted here and am seeking clarification.

This quote... am I right in saying you are not going to pay us ANYTHING for 12 months?

After the first 12 months we are expected to give up any other business we currently run?
What about during the first 12 months?

It seems to me that you demand a lot and claim to offer a lot BUT I see 2 huge
problems here and I am sure others will agree.

1. Not earning for 12 months is ridiculous.

2. Giving up all other businesses for what may or may not be lucrative. At this stage we only have your word for it. It is incredibly hard to start again once you give up a thriving business.

The problem is that you don't even say how much work is involved in those first 12 months, as I imagine not many people can really afford to work for free 40 hours/week.

I know it is not for me as I already run a lucrative business.
But my questions were also to help others in their decision whether to apply or not as well.

A 12 month internship needs to have more specifics because people still need to earn money, whether they have a full time job or whatever the case so you should specify what sort of commitment in terms of time per week it will be for any who do consider your offer.

You say it is not for "the greedy" which almost sounds insulting. Everyone wants to earn money and has the right to do so in some way. They also have the right to know the commitment involved because, internship or not, they still have to pay their bills.

I am not trying to sound negative. Your offer could be great for the right people.
