Need Blog / Backend Building For Plugin Salespage

We need a website building for a new plugin launch and we want to work with some people we haven't worked with before, hopefully leading to future jobs.

Here's what we need:

WordPress Blog based site to sell our new plugin from.

The front end is obviously a salespage

(We have the gphx and the salescopy - it's just the actual building we need)

there are three payment options so we need three protected delivery pages

Aweber integration

protected video tutorial page

unprotected affiliate page

S2 perhaps?

We'll also need one more protected page to display a personalized value based on that username when the reach the page.

We'll give more details on that when we're shortlisting.

We need this to work with PayPal running through JVZoo.

We'll also need you to create links in the footer, to the typical "earnings disclaimer", "privacy policy etc, and also a link in the same footer to the "blog" and to the "affiliates" page.
