I run a offline consulting business and I'm looking for a TOP NOTCH web developer or web migration expert (ideally based in the U.S) to migrate a clients site from a custom platform to wordpress. Everything would need to be done manually for best results.

I need your help in not only guiding me with this process but coming up with the best possible wordpress theme for the Client in order to finalize the proposal.

Of course I will show you all the finer details (including the website) once I hear from you and see what you've got to offer. Those details are not for this thread.
