Wordpress 2011 Theme Tweak

Hi

I'm looking for someone skilled in Wordpress theme coding to tweak a site using 2011 theme (making a child theme).

I'm redesigning the site on a temporary URL right now. I'm also using the Wishlist plugin to make it a membership site, just in case that affects anything from your end.

The original site is at IRH - the new site is at Irish Register Of Herbalists

As you can see, the basic structure is largely there, I just need:

lose the code at the top above the main header pic
introduce a rolling marquee above the top menu featuring the most recent 3 posts, including links to them
right-align the top menu and change the colors
edit the CSS so that the front page, other pages and the posts page content are styled like the original page (tag css, background colours, nav bar menu etc)
add the top image of the trees to the pages that use it eg IRH (I guess that will involve tweaking to make another page template?)

I'd like a quick turnaround, finished by Sunday October 7th if possible. Pricewise I'm open to offers.
