need it to track there progress for each video module
and be able to add links to download materials

admin
must be able to add delete users
deactivate users
add advertising in form of popups or banners

I recently heard of a WordPress Plugin that will track client usage in a membership site. Can't for the life of me think of what it was called, but will try and find it for you.

Add it with something like Wishlist Member and you've got a nice site doing what you want....

Try https://moodle.org/. Its a open source free software. Its powerful enough.
