Hey Warrior Forum, we have an opening in our company. We are looking to add to our small team and hire someone to manage our warehouse/office. We are a growing Manufacturer and Internet Retailer located in Tustin/Irvine (you will need to be present 5 days a week, 40 hours a week at our location). Our various product lines include alcohol accessories, health & wellness products, and consumer electronics. We sell through a number of online sales channels and wholesalers.

We are looking for an office manager/warehouse manager to handle the day to day operations of our business. This person will:

• Manage the warehouse (30% of this gig is shipping/receiving, moving boxes, etc)
o Ship wholesale orders (boxes/cartons not in excess of 50lbs)
o Manage supplies, inventory, and keep the warehouse clean
• Manage invoicing and receivables from clients (using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel)
• Manage inventory across multiple sales channels
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and associates to coordinate transportation, payment, and inventory

Skills/Background:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (With emphasis on Excel)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks (Willing to teach to the right person)
• College degree and similar past experience preferred

This is the perfect job for someone who is organized, intelligent, honest, and thrives in an environment where they are required to wear multiple hats. Also, we have a small team and you will be working closely with the owners. We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term employment. The job is full time (40 hours a week) with benefits. Salary depends on experience. Position is available February 1, 2013.
