Wanted: Advertising Manager that can help monetize 30 million annual hits (sports-related)

Simply put, I'm a journalist and editor first, a webmaster second - that's why I've come to the Warrior Forums. I would love to set something up with a seasoned online advertiser who can help monetize a 30 million page view per year asset.

The website has major followings in Spain, Italy, the Philippines, U.S. and Australia. The content is sports-related, primarily basketball-related, but not exclusively so.

Here's what we're dealing with:

hoops.sports.ws - A fantasy basketball engine that's been online in one form or another since 1995. This is where the overwhelming majority of the traffic comes from. Over 10,000 new users this NBA season alone, combining for as many as 7.5 million page views in November 2012 and 30+ over the course of the full year.

thegoodpoint.com - A credentialed news publication that's been online since 2008 with over 50+ writers in its 5+ years of existence. We have original content to spare and locker room access at any major North American professional sport level.

I'd be very interested in having a conversation with somebody who feels they would be able to significantly monetize the asset and would be more than happy to negotiate a means of making it worth one's time.

Most importantly, we're looking for somebody with a track record of successfully monetizing high volume assets, somebody who has experience working with European traffic and somebody who understands the nature of the fantasy sports industry.
