I was very fortunate to get a review copy of Mike Thomas' Creating Cash-Generating Video Salesletters.

In the salesletter Mike states:
'I’m a marketing strategist and copywriter who specializes in the art and science of online persuasion.'
This man knows his business... this course is brilliant! He goes into such depth as far as the psychology of online persuasion, or getting into your customers mindset, it's incredible. I've taken some courses from gurus that are well known for their sales copy, and nobody went into the detail that Mike has done as far as getting into your customers head, and for a sales letter to convert, this is critical.

There are 7 modules in the course (8 videos)

#1 - Overview
#2 - Marketing Telepathy - Know your prospect
#3 - Mafia Offer - Construct you irresistible offer
#4 - Story Selling
#5 - Educate to Sell
#6 - The Hook - Getting the customer involved in your product
#7 - Assemble Your VSL

At the end of each module there is an action plan

My favorite module was #3, which can really be a module on product creation, and I got some really great ideas for my own products.

One thing I would like to see is PDFs with each module. I was taking notes in each module and a PDF would make it so much easier to remember.

In conclusion, for those looking for a course mainly on how to make videos, this is not for you. However, if you're looking for a course on copywriting so you can learn how to write a salesletter that sells, and then convert that salesletter into video, you CAN'T pass this up. This course is pure genius and is definitely a 10 out of 10.

[REVIEW]

I've been on the Warrior Forum for some time, and one of THE areas I hardly ever bother to go into is the Copy Writing area. Why? Because I always thought that it's a very 'wordy' part of the forum. People talking about how to write long sales letters and stuff like that. I always thought of it as one of the boring sections of the forum, which isn't like say the Mobile Marketing Section, or Offline Marketing and truth be told, I've never even bothered to go in there and find out what it was all about!

What is the description for the Copy Writing Section?:

The Copy Writing Forum This section is for the discussion of Copywriting - the most vital skill you can learn. Arm yourself with the power to move people with words and you'll need little else to make money any time and anywhere you choose.

I like that it says "The Most Vital Skill" - Bear with me on this because I want to tell what I think about Mike's Video Conversion Cash Machine WSO.

Some excellent points have been made about Mike's course and I want to echo those and more.

If you want to make money, which I know you do - You must get this WSO! Simple! Because, I showed my ignorance of copy writing by not knowing anything about it and I had made a judgement about it that meant I have ignored a fundamental part of making money online and offline.

Copy writing is an art. It's like painting a picture. You have many colours, different brushes and brush strokes. Different types of paint. Surfaces to paint on and what is that saying?:


People will look at a painting and immediately it will speak to them in different ways. Copy writing has that same ability to move people as they read what is written ("The pen is mightier than the sword" comes to mind for no particular reason).

My point is this (Finally) - Mike has created a WSO about Copy Writing that manages to teach you so much and you know that in reality he is holding back because there is so much more to it than what he is able to share in this course. It would be so much longer if he expanded on each module, which in themselves could be individual courses. That is not a negative statement by the way. What I'm trying to say is that Mike's teaching (which is excellent) shares so much with you, that you know that he is teaching from the wealth of his knowledge that he has gotten from masters past and present. I'd like to add almost as a student, that Mike has mastered the art of Copy Writing very very well himself.

He brings you into his world of copy writing that makes it so interesting and engaging, that like me you wonder "Why didn't I pay attention to this before?". Knowledge is power, and with copy writing to know how to craft a video sales letter will be like having the ability to literally print money.

I almost agree with Jenny about having Pdf files to go along with the course because each module contains valuable information that should be (must be learnt). I was going to say keep a notepad with you as you go through each one because there's lot inside this course and it will make you a better sales person for taking the time to absorb everything that is in it.

A point I also wanted to add is that going through the modules, listening to each one, I felt like I was in a classroom and I was really learning, and at my own pace. The modules are each expertly well done and easy to understand.

I have never learnt anything about Copy Writing before getting access to Mikes membership. Mike's course has changed my whole perception on being able to create video sales letters, and he has given me knowledge I never had before and I'm very grateful.

In conclusion, if you remember anything I've said I want to tell you this. Mike Thomas' Video Conversion Cash Machine is perhaps one of the best WSO courses I've had the opportunity to review. His teaching is excellent; the content is excellent; It will do more for you than many WSOs you might have purchased or will purchase because like the statement from the copy writing sections says:



Because I have learnt that by following everything Mike has taught, I will have the power to move people with words, and to put it bluntly make money. Let me tell you! Why do people buy WSOs or anything for that matter?. Because the content of the sales letter or advert, video sales letter persuades them to. That's copy writing at it's best. That's what Mike does and in this course you will learn to do the same.

I stand by everything I've said. Yes definitely 10/10!

Just for disclosure - I was lucky to receive a review copy of this WSO, as copywriting isn't something I have tried before.

I have worked with video before, but I don’t have the slightest idea of how to compose a video sales letter. It’s almost like I’m ADD, tons of ideas bouncing around in my head, but absolutely no knowledge of how to gather all those ideas and put them in a convincing video sales letter.


I have not skimmed this material, but sat back and took the entire course. There is no written material, it is all delivered in videos. Even an "over the shoulder" video explaining certain aspects while you watch.



This course has really taught me:

What you should be focused on and things NOT to focus on.
How to ask yourself questions, allowing you to write converting offers.
How to word your offer so you can connect emotionally with your audience.

What is my greatest obstacle and how to move forward.
What to do when I get stuck.
How to write emotionally.
How to put all the pieces together, where it all makes sense.



I am very happy to have this information available to look back on. It can be used in almost every aspect of marketing.

I received a review copy of Mike Thomas' Creating Cash-Generating Video Salesletters and here is what I thought:

It is complete video series on how to create video salesletter even if you are totally newbie.It is very rare to find such complete guide that teaches you on how to built one, teach you how to start and since it is WSO,it will be affordable.

I am not a fans of creating video salespages.I find it hassle and a lot of work.But this guide create some new perspective for me that it is not that hard.

I would recommend this to anybody who like to learn.This guide has nice flow that you could easily understand.

My personal favorite is video #2, video #3 and video #7.
