We sent you one article a day for 15 days. When did you notice that there was a problem? Did you ever mention to me or tell me or anyone that there was a problem? I am curious why did you not ask for rectification or replacement of the article in question?

At this point I can only assume that you all along intended to get your money back and still get 15 articles. If you had said anything at all, at any time. we would have been pleased to take immediate action to rectify the situation.
