One of my clients, a health company, is looking for a part-time copywriter/editor to help write content (blogs, emails, tweets, posts & articles) and copy (auto-responders, opt-ins and ads).
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) and will pay between $25,000 to $30,000/year based on ability, experience and fit.
You may work remotely anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Create (write/edit) blog posts from tele-conference transcripts
- Create (write/edit) email newsletter to send to email list
- Maintain social media presence
- Write tweets, posts, quizzes, surveys, questions, ads to blog content
- Post them on Facebook/Twitter/Blog
- Respond to comments, discussions and questions
- Create (write/direct graphics) new space/banner/solo email ads
- Create (write) headline split-tests for landing pages
- Review and edit copy from third party contractors
- Review, update and edit copy on company website
- Develop (research/write/edit) series of whitepapers, reports and papers
Education:
- You have read the classic direct response books:
- “Scientific Advertising” by Claude Hopkins
- “Tested Advertising Methods” by John Caples
- “How to Write A Good Advertisement” by Victor Schwab
- You have studied the works and teachings of modern direct response copywriters (Gary Bencivenga, John Carlton, Gary Halbert, Dan Kennedy, Clayton Makepeace & Gene Schwartz)
- You have gone through at least ONE comprehensive copywriting course. One that goes through the mechanics of putting together a long form sales letter. For example…

- AWAI’s “Accelerated Program for Six-Figure Copywriting”

Experience (Preferred):
- You read books and newsletters on alternative health.
- You take nutritional supplements and follow good nutritional habits.
- You’re aware of the major players in the supplement and health newsletter market: (Healthy Directions, Soundview, Agora Health, Boardroom etc.)
- You have actually copied out successful health controls by hand with a pen and paper.
