Wordpress site overhaul

I've got a word press site which looks absolutely awful right now. It has a couple dozen posts on it. I have some adsense ads up and I think that's it.

I've had it for about 2 years (I haven't touched it in over a year) I think and it is getting a little bit of traffic and making a little money from adsense (maybe $10 per month or something).

I'd like to get some quotes to see how much it would cost to give the site a face lift. Here are some things I think it needs:

New Template
Improved Ad Placement
Onsite SEO Optimized (Possibly)
Generally improved
Set up some sort of RSS feed or whatever to automate some back links.

For now I'm just looking for a one time face lift, no ongoing seo work or anything.

Once that's done I'm going to start adding some new posts a couple times per week.

The site is help4school.info.

Please shoot me a PM with a quick rundown of what you would do to help improve the site and how much it would cost me. If you see something that needs to be done that I didn't mention in my list please include that as well.

If this goes well I would likely have at least a couple more sites that need this same type of work in the future.
