Hi Steve, thanks for giving me a chance to use your site. As you did not propose any specific task or any questions I just used your site normally and explored. Here are my honest thoughts:

Video: Screenr - Adoos: p1

1. It was not clear to me until I watched the video what the business is (I think about 2 minutes in.) You should take some hints from the video when they say right away "A portrait party business that turns ordinary snapshots into fantasy portraits."

You explain it when you say "Taking “Fantasy” Pictures Of Children In Their Spare Time…" but I totally glanced over this. I really recommend a before-and-after area above the fold as done on momswithcamera.com so anyone can grab the business model in 5 seconds.

2. It was not clear to me what I was buying, and why I should choose you rather than MomsWithCamera.com.

3. Your check-out page needs to explain to me exactly what I receive.

Hi there, nice site, good color scheme. You seem to be going in the right direction and as you well know it's time to finish adding content as most of the places I ended up were dead links.

Video: Screenr - Adoos: lucas

1. Hire page, substitute graphics for something that looks more custom. Right now the graphics are too generic. Instead of a generic pic of the WP logo put in a screenshot of a website you worked on.

2. Good branding, custom website and messaging like "show me some love!" makes it personal. Keep that up.

3. Newest forum posts sidebar on homepage please.

4. If you have some high quality video of you presenting or giving a talk or something like that it would be a good addition to the sidebar.

5. Consider allowing guest users to post comments.

Thanks Dude...

I own both www.MomsWithCamera.com and www.startaphotographybusinesstoday.com

The main difference other than site design is Price... but it's funny, I had a new member in the UK join the $29.95 membership site on Monday but because that option drips the content out to them at the rate of one lesson a week they picked up their phone and rang me in Australia and offered to pay me $500 to give them access to six months worth of weekly lessons immediately.

Of course I accepted.

I think you are right about moving the video to below the page and placing before and after photos above the fold so they can instantly understand what the site is about.

Also, I'm surprised that you overlooked the other longer video on the page at:
Free Reports | If You Like Photography & Babiesand you didn't mention that the Google+ Hangout registration page is not working properly.

Tells me that I need to do some serious tweaking.

Thanks a heap - you have been very helpful.

How much do you plan on selling your service for?

Cheers,
Steve

Finely polished, and totally non-intrusive. Those are some of the hardest goals to achieve and I think you did.

Video: Screenr - Adoos: mano

1. You need to put social media on the homepage, it should not be only to share an article. I suggest some floating buttons on the left so it does not interrupt your design.

2. The Amazon store is cool but not enough. Please put links to Amazon products in your sidebar on the homepage. You will get a ton more click-throughs and make your site much more profitable. Try it for a month and see what happens.

3. Create controversial blog posts. All your posts are informational which is fine, but you might have more success engaging your audience with more opinionated posts. You can also try top lists, photo gallery posts, or syndicate some of the more interesting content from elsewhere.

4. Your video library is great but it is hidden away. Consider adding thumbnails to your homepage sidebar / making them more prominent on the homepage.

Can you tell me the url of the website you want tested? Also keep in mind you can pose me specific tasks to accomplish or questions to answer.

Thanks bro! I do the same user-testing for my own sites and it's invaluable to me.

My idea is to sell this service for $10 (albeit a bit more thorough test than this review), or sell 5 random users for $30. What do you think about this pricing?

The pricing seems fair to me... it could make a good Fiverr.com Gig for you. Charge $5 for one minute and give them an option to upgrade to 5 minutes for $10 more.

Feel free to use the video review you did of my site to show them what they are purchasing.

Cheers,
Steve

I don't know if you have met your quota, but I would love to have your critique - even
without the video. I am thinking about changing the general appearance and was wondering what your thoughts might be. I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. Site: www.rbmarketmagic.com

As far as your pricing goes, it sounds pretty fair. I like the idea of Fivver, but also as a WSO. Look at the number of people who are asking for help already. You have just put up the post!
Thanks

Sorry don't mean to answer for Steve or anything. But if you don't mind me interjecting, that seems pretty fair to me. How do you plan on formatting the feedback? Are you going to link them a screen cast or send a pdf report or a simple email?

I think your feedback is invaluable at any rate, and it really depends on how much work goes into the report. Maybe you can have a tiered pricing of a standard rate for a one page email, premium with a pdf , and elite with a screencast or something. Just brainstorming. And jealous, because I had a similar idea but let it go since I have other projects on the go.

I do wish you the best!

Video (with voice) :Screenr - johannschlieger: A review of some internet get-rich-quick scheme

Q&A

What frustrated you the most about this site?

It is an obvious get-rich-quick scheme, and not even a good one. The site looks amateur, and I would expect someone selling something that can earn $8,000 a month would have a professional looking website

If you had a magic wand, how would you improve this site?

I would delete it. I consider get-rich-quick schemes to be essentially immoral.|

What did you like about the site?

Not a damn thing. It offended me.

How likely are you to recommend this site to a friend or colleague (0=Not at all likely, and 10=Very Likely)?

Q&A

What frustrated you the most about this site?

I was frustrated most by viewing the blue colored space appears to the right and left side of the website, small text size of the web content and color of the Website title. Website has no contact details or contact us form which used for general comments and feedback from visitors.

If you had a magic wand, how would you improve this site?

I will pull out the blue colored space appears to the right and left side of the website. I will increase the the size of all text content displayed in a web page in order to improve readability. I will change current website title font and use some other impressive font. Present color of the Website title is not impressive so I will change the web title color from golden to blue . I will change the background colors in the title area of the website and use simple background. I will add ¬タワcontact us¬タン page in the website and add "contact form" which allows visitors to contact the owner of the website with various questions they may have relating to the website.

What did you like about the site?

I like the content of the website. Website is easy to navigate

How likely are you to recommend this site to a friend or colleague (0=Not at all likely, and 10=Very Likely)?

User 3

Video: Screenr - caulfield400: n/a

What frustrated you the most about this site?

The information was not laid out in a manner that was easy to find information. All the site provided was to use ebay to make extra money but did not give much information past that.

If you had a magic wand, how would you improve this site?

Make the layout more user friendly, modern.

What did you like about the site?

The site was very simple.

How likely are you to recommend this site to a friend or colleague (0=Not at all likely, and 10=Very Likely)?

Hope this helps! As you can see opinion varies, but nothing is better than some honest, anonymous feedback

Thank you so much - a tremendous help. It is really helpful to know what people
are clicking on and to see what they are reading. You have things set up very
well and it is a great service that you can offer people.

I would encourage your reviewers to give more verbal feedback (as one did with
mine) as they are going along. It helps to hear their thoughts. Among other things,
I realized that one of my videos was giving the wrong impression.
Thank you again, it was a great help.
