WANTED: On-page SEO Specialist! [closed]

Hi Folks,

I have a number of clients at the moment that I'm doing on-page SEO for... however it's taking too much of my time from other projects - therefore I'm looking to put on a 'temp' who will help me cover my current workload over the coming months.

What you will get from me:

* Full details for all jobs being issued.
* A primary keyword phrase and a secondary keyword phrase to optimise the page given.
* Original starting content; be that in sales copy, article or Blog post form.
* A pre-agreed hourly rate for the work that you do (allowing 20 mins PER PAGE for the standard A4 typed content page).
* Regular CONSISTENT work from me for as long as my clients are giving it to me, paid weekly via PayPal (some weeks could be 1 hour some 10 hours).

What I need from you:

* Someone who has the flexibility to respond to work orders within one working day of the job being issued (you don't have to *do* the work within a day, but let me know you've got it ready to go).
* Someone who UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH as a first language.
* Someone who WRITES ENGLISH as a first language.
* Someone who, if they're going to take a family holiday, will tell me about it before they go.
* Someone who can FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

PLUS -

* Someone who is friggin' awesome at on-page SEO... and can work in a variety of website platforms. If you "only do Wordpress" then this is NOT for you.

Finally...

Here's how it will work (my interview process).

(1) You will post below that you've sent me a PM. I will reply and give you a LINK to a page on one of my demo sites.

(2) I will ask you "What is wrong with this page? What would you recommend to fix it?"

(3) You will reply by PM with your recommendations.

(4) If I like what you have to say we will negotiate your fee for service.

(5) The successful applicant will get started IMMEDIATELY.

That's it, pretty damn easy.

I have over 30 responses to sort through this weekend, time allowing (I have also sourced applicants from outside of the Warrior Forum). They will be narrowed down to 2 or 3 with whom I will talk further with.
