I'm looking for someone to review our ~20 page website | Magnovo Training Group | Charity Teambuilding Events, Professional Development Training, and Keynote Speakers for SEO optimization, CSS correctness, readability, etc. We have a professional copywriter going through the actual verbiage, I'm looking for someone to look at the source itself and recommend changes to help the search engines crawl. I can hack my way through WP and CSS for my personal sites, but since this is a money-making venture we want things done properly.

I would also like someone to look at our Wordpress configuration and make any necessary tweaks to the Yoast SEO plugins, etc to ensure optimization.

We have several other websites coming online over the next year, whoever does this will also have first crack at optimizing them, as well as some other paid ad hoc work/questions that we come up with.

We're looking to do this asap, please PM me your quotes. Would prefer US-based, as I may have questions in the future that would be easier via phone, as well as maybe wanting some (paid) high-level SEO concepts tutoring for my sales/marketing staff.

I looked in on your site and I see many points that give opportunity for more direct success. Looking at your site in searches I know that it does not show up on first six pages for search term " Charity Team Building Events"

Checking you site for backlinks which reveals yuor authority in your niche I find 59 backlinks of which it looks as if none are relevant to yuor niche and none have any powerful backlinks.

This I also find:
No Plus One marks
No Facebook shares
only One Tweet
No videos on page
No Reviews of speakers

These are only observations not an indictment. Easy enough to make good and outrank competition with what I know can be done. One of your competition top rank #3 bestteambuilding.com has only 36 backlinks but also 47 FB shares oh.. and one tweet like you. Within three weeks I can have your site on track to outrank that and take one of the top three positions yourself.

Current best practices involve using video on page, linking out to authority sites properly and have lots of social action that is proof of your value in your niche. Your site layout looks good to the eye it just needs some muscle to get search engine attention.

You could easily take any or all of these observations and make tweaks yuorself and see improvement in your search results.This is only 30% of what I know needs to tweak. I share these points publicly for the purpose of raising the bar for my colleagues to produce quality results. Success come with a well honed attitude. Since you are also a Texan,I think, then you know that attitude.
