JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dependable person to come on board and help manage customer's projects. This is a challenging position that will require dealing with a wide variety of different people, styles, projects, and conditions.

It's one thing to manage an internal project. It's another to manage a project for a customer. This role will be an extension of our customers' teams, working with the business owner directly in many cases, or possibly with an account manager on their side.

You'll be in an interesting position: one foot in the customer's business, with responsibility to bring projects in on time and on budget for them, and one foot in ours, coordinating with our internal teams to deliver for the customer. It's a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats in one role.

It also means you will be under a lot of pressure. As a part of each customer's team, you'll be reporting to numerous people. You'll be juggling lots of projects, and expected to keep on top of all of them. You will be THE source of truth for the status of any given project, and you'll be the first one to hear about any problems or issues.

It will also be a rewarding position. You will be key in delivering success for our customers, and you'll be on the front lines seeing the results of our work. While you will be the first call when anything goes wrong, you'll also be the one getting the thank-yous and congratulations when the team succeeds.

• Technically literate (we use MANY online tools)

By providing that role for them as a service, they will be able to leap forward without all the hassle and cost of hiring. They will be relying on you to help them take that next step.
