We would like to get this operation off the ground as fast as possible, so in under 2 weeks from when we reach an agreement.
It is possible to continue using the domain/site we have been using (not disclosing this information here and now) but are also open to a new website if you think that is better.

We propose a revenue share of the subscriptions but you keep any profit made from affiliate offers etc.
