WRITER NEEDED: Articles about USA cities

Hello Warriors,

My name is Amanda and I am looking for people who can create articles on the following topic: "What do you LIKE and DISLIKE about living in %one_of_the_USA_city%?"

Requirements:

1) English-native writer from North America (I need American English)

2) DO'S
- Please use casual tone but without fluff.
- Imagine that you live in the city and describe it to your friend: do you advise him to live there? Why? What are the main pros and cons? Interest him in living there. Decribe him interesting events or facilities of this city.
- Note: As I am not English-native so I don't know how to say the following thought in brief but I think you will understand me

You have to use phrases like "you will be happy to live there because ..." instead of "I am happy to live there because ..."

3) DONT's
- Don't use fuzzy phrases like: "At one point in everybody’s life, they have dreamed about living in California." or "Everybody knows that..." BLA-BLA-BLA

- Don't use common phrases from Wikipedia or similar resources.
- Don't rewrite Wikipedia.
- Don't use a lot of statistical data - it is boring!

4) Insert phrase "buy home in____" one time inside the text of each article.

5) Each article - 400 words.

6) Unique. Copyscape passed.

7) Payment: up to $8 per article
