[Wanted] Native English Speaker With Techie Knowledge

I'm looking to hire a native English speaker (or fluent enough to talk with people on the phone) that knows:

How to upload files using FTP
How to use Wordpress (advance level)
How use Aweber
Buy solo ads
And some other related things.

Basically, I need you to set up websites, auto responders for my clients and then train them on how to use them.

You should be the type of person that goes the extra mile and that responds very fast, and of course very proactive.

I'm paying USD 40 per hour, and If things go as planned, I'll be sending you plenty of work.
