Full Time Job - Direct Response Copywriter / Marketer / Landing Page Designer for CPA Marketing Firm

Hello Warriors,

I'm the Creative Director at a CPA marketing firm and I'm looking to hire someone to help out with:

Creating offers, landing page design, writing sales copy, conversion optimization (making sure we have lots of intelligent split tests running), email marketing to partial leads etc.

This job is in an office — it's a fun office though no big bullshit corporation type of stuff. We have three locations you can work out of. Vancouver (biggest office), Toronto or Moncton. Plus you can work from home every once in a while.

We are rapidly growing, do 1000+ sales a day and if you like optimizing things we have an never ending amount of work for someone who gets excited about watching their numbers go up.

Lots of experience is what I'm looking for. Someone better than I am at this stuff would be great. However, if you're thirsty for knowledge and can demonstrate some competence I'm open to training the right person over the next year.

There is also an opportunity to become a media buyer with a 2k plus per day budget - scalable up to as high as you can profitably buy.
