I was going to write you a note earlier to tell you just how grateful I was, but apology if you’re somehow miffed by the late feedback! Nonetheless I’m certain you won’t be so peeved off once you have heard the reason for this tardiness, which is that I was so overwhelmed by the torrents of response to my product launch that for the last fortnight I hardly had enough time to handle it all. I know I should have heeded your advice, and taken more time pre-launch to set up a robust contingent plan on how to deal with such a scenario of huge amounts of traffic continuously flooding my product site. But the thing is, I reckon no matter how careful my plans would have been, such torrential traffic flows as these for my product would be beyond my wildest imagination certainly by that distance between here and the moon, taken into account that this was my first online campaign ever, and that I am now just tottering my first few steps in the online business empire.
And I have to mention that, it is partially due to your series of handy follow-up support emails that I have been able to navigate through the torrents of traffic that have kept inundating our site, if only just. Without them, I reckon I was just helplessly snowed under; therefore my sage advice to your other customers is that, follow Paul’s recommendation and plan ahead, with diligence, for what is coming big time after the launch.
