Is this an honest deal?

Before this deal active (15 Dec 2014) the price of your software are:
Professional Edition: $249
Enterprise Edition: $599

Plus the Algorithm Updates
12 months Professional: $49.95
12 months Enteprise: $139.95

Then as of 16 Dec 2014, the day of this deal the prices of your software are:
Professional Edition: $499 ($149 after 70% discount)
Enterprise Edition: $1199 ($359 after 70% discount)

So, actually the deal is not 70%, 65% or 60% off as you advertised.
It is only up to $100 ($249-$149) or 40% off for professional edition and
up to $240 ($599 - $359) or 40% off for enterprise edition

Your campaign is misleading. While you have right to change the price anytime doing it to emphasize yo have an up to 70% off deal is just wrong, morally and might be lawfully.

I was planning to purchase the enterprise edition, even at the full price before the deal but cancelled it as I can't trust you because of this deal mislead

Please just be honest, you have a great product people will buy.

Sorry if the deal seems unfair to you, but in fact it is not. We've had a permanent discount on SEO PowerSuite tools for a while. With that discount, the price has been $249 ($599 for the Enterprise edition).
At the same time, the original price of our software is $499 ($1199 for the Enterprise edition).
So, the difference in the price for the sale is calculated based on the original software price.

Again, sorry if you found this misleading. We stated the current Sale prices very clearly on the page, so that everyone can see how much they're paying for the software.
