well, that's what I have to do too - open a ticket. The link to the software [am logged in as a gold member] only brings me to some other affiliate home page [not my own aff page even]. I did sign up for aff also though].
Really wanted this software, but I checked every available link on there - and nothing.

The software is quite good and it brings out content from the top searches. It's a boon for article writers.

But, there is another error on the site: clicking on "get your promotion tools" [for affs] produces database errors only.

I really really wished I could have downloaded the Article writing wizard - really need it - but I guess is no longer on the last 5/6 hrs going through every page on that site, downloaded what I am supposed to download - no link for the article wizard there. Which was why I even went there in the first place.

am glad I signed up though, their material is really well organized and huge.

Thank you. Did not realize that the name of the software is different than Instant wizard.
Had already downloaded it, but read/watched through every material first before using the exe file

You will need to rewrite the article to make it readable. Your web visitors are a lot smarter than copyscape.
