3. How do the splits work?

I know that there are a lot of buzz regarding the SPLITS on web which is totally unnecessary. Company decides when to do the splits. Till now we have had 3 splits. 1st one was in January 2014. Reason - lack of supply. No one was ready to sell UTokens. So company decided to do a split.
Value of 1 UToken before split was 0.399. It was a 2x split - meaning value of 1 UToken became 0.13 and your number of UTokens got multiplied by 3. So if you had 100 UTokens valuing 0.399 each (total value = 100 x 0.399 = 3.9) it became 300 UTokens of 0.13 each. Total value still remains 3.9
Then from 0.13 in January price went up to 0.46 in March 2014, when there was again a shortage in supply. That’s when the company decided to do a 2x split. So you now have 300 UToken valuing 0.46 each. Total value = 13.8. It becomes 600 UToken of 0.23 each. Again total value remains13.8.
So Value was 0.23 in March 2014. It went up to 1.093 in October. That's when we had the 3rd split. Reason - to improve liquidity and make UToken more acceptable to the global market. It was a 10x Split.
So you now had 600 UTokens of 1.093 each. Total value will be a little more than USD 600. After split, 600 got multiplied by 10.93 and unit value came down to 0.100. Total value again remained the same.
Splits doesn't change your total worth, but there are a lot of wrong info regarding this out there.
We might have a split before price reaches $1, if there comes a shortage of supply again. This is what Mr. Eddy Tan informed us last month.
To keep it simple - you don't have to spend time thinking about splits!

4. Do you expect another 10x split soon? When do you expect it will take place?

This is such an obvious scam, I wonder if I even need to comment. But just in case: do not invest in this! There is no such thing as a "sure thing" to make 500% gains; the difference in odds is so extreme, others would surely come in to close the gap. No advertising is needed on a legit "probably make 500%." This is a "definitely lose 100%" kind of deal.

And to clarify, this UToken thing is nothing like bitcoin; they are as similar as gold is to arcade tickets. That the author of this post wants you to think they are alike is evidence that he intends to defraud investors.

There is no sure thing that you will make 500% gain, yes. We are telling the fact , what happend in the last year and not telling anything lie here. You can check the last year price increase per Utoken. Nice to see that some people are there who calls this also a scam. Time will show you what is the real value of Utokens !
