I'm curious about the SEO side effects for each of the deployment options. I really wish that Stakk came with an option to trigger after a visitor showed exit intent. Want to use on my blog, but worried that it will affect my search engine traffic...

Once activated caused our website to completely go out of alignment and put the entire site out of whack instead of centered went right over to the left (well known brand Genesis studioprress)

so deactivated and got site back to normal

disappointing really hope they fix and update

Stakk is a great idea but the video background only worked intermittently. The image background works fine.
Hopefully this will be fixed.

Seems like a good product but the support is shoddy, expect to be ignored.

I submitted a ticket submitted 6 days ago, Bobby Walker acknowledged my facebook message and there still seems to be no access to my product which has been paid for. I bought it when it came out in February and was working on a project recently which I needed it for. Now my project has to be delayed.

This seems like another we'll just take your money and that's it. I'll keep you updated on how this pans out.

What else are they expecting me to do?

Exact same problem here. I had a ticket submitted about 3 weeks ago. They started out responding and then silence for 3 weeks. I went to my JV Zoo access and was directed to an error page. Nice. Gone in less than 4 months.

So now Booby is asking me to contact Sam. The response to my reply on Facebook was that he does not use his FB for support. If that was the case then why ask me to provide the email address which i used to send the support ticket to. I would have assumed that I would have been told that before he asked me to provide the email address I used to sent a ticket to support.

I just hate it when this happens.

Now I am having to waste more time and even another day sending an email to Sam, Lets see how this one pans out now. ha ha.


It seemed like a good product at the time and the only reason why I gave it a look was because Sean ewas involved in the promotion and he is someone that has always been true to his words.

I haven't even been able to use it yet and now when I need it for an important project I cant even gain access to it.

Just a quick update, Sam finally got back to me and apologized and made things right.

I've finally got to play around with the software despite having to abandon it for my other project and I can truly say it seems good so far.

I just hope that they've learned from the support debacle though.

Glad that I've finally gained access to it and I am happy with the product.
